SUMMARY:SLT's Annual Spring Clean Up Day
DESCRIPTION:SLT’s annual Spring Clean Up is a wonderful chance to meet your neighbors and help your Land Trust prepare for the busy summer season! This year\, Clean Ups will be held at Pleasant Hill\, Libby River\, Broadturn Farm\, Fuller Farm\, Warren Woods\, and Blue Point. Lead Stewards direct clean up and trail maintenance projects. Projects often include picking up litter in the welcome area\, building bog bridges\, spreading woodchips on trails\, cutting invasive plants\, etc.\nYou will need:\n\nwork gloves\neye protection\nlong pants and sleeves\nsturdy water resistant footwear\nsunscreen and bug spray\n\nSLT will provide tools and light snacks.\nThis is a family friendly event! Any one under the age of 15 may participate with an adult.\nSafety: Please be aware that some projects may include the use of sharp tools and power tools.
