We will cover the landscape features\, materials\, and habitat considerations when laying out trail plans. Then we’ll take a closer look at the tools and structures we frequently use to build our trails. This program is suitable for anyone – no base knowledge required. \nThis presentation will take place via zoom.  Registration is encouraged.

DESCRIPTION:Watching fireflies is a favorite summer evening pastime for many of us. But most of us have no idea what is really taking place in a firefly meadow. Join Don Salvatore\, long time science educator at the Museum of Science in Boston and past curator of the Firefly Watch Citizen Science Project to learn about the “Secret Lives of Fireflies.” We will be walking in the dark\, so please bring a flashlight. Program suitable for all ages. The entire program takes place outside\, please bring appropriate clothing as well as insect repellent.\n\nNote SLT’s Liability and Photo Release Form
