Families, join Heidi Whelan of Balance & Bloom for a guided mindful outdoor experience at Pleasant Hill Preserve. Enjoy gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing exercises, and engaging with nature by intentionally using our five senses as we explore this beautiful trail together. This program is geared toward families with children ages 5 and up. Please note that registration and ticketing is by family with a maximum of 6 families.
Heidi Whelan is the owner of Balance & Bloom – a mindful outdoor experience guide service for families. She is a retired Youth Services Librarian who is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Mindfulness Studies at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is a certified children’s yoga teacher and a Kripalu certified mindful outdoor guide who lives on a nine-acre homestead where she spoils her dog, mindfully tends the land, and photographs the natural world.
