Winter Wildlife Tracking

Practice your observation skills along logs, undergrowth, and the cascades of Silver Brook. Join Stephen “Zam” Zamierowski and Sami Wolf, SLT’s Stewardship Director, for a workshop on identifying wildlife tracks and signs! We will practice identifying the anatomy of paw prints, modes of travel, browsing and marking activity, and look for common species.  After, we will gather along the brook to share what we’ve noticed and discuss the behavior of the wildlife at Broadturn Farm.

Please wear boots and dress appropriately for the weather. All ages welcome, children must be attentively accompanied by a guardian.
