Soil: Medium to moist, well‑drained soils; tolerant of clay and periodic wetness; drought tolerant once established though prefers consistent moisture.
Wildlife Benefit: Outstanding pollinator plant attracting a wide diversity of native bees, butterflies, wasps, flies, and other beneficial insects
Other: Native perennial with aromatic foliage; deer and rabbit resistant; well suited for pollinator gardens, rain gardens, meadow edges, and naturalized plantings.
