Description
Description: Nannyberry is a shrub or small tree and often used as part of a hedge row or planting screen. In open, sunny areas Nannyberry will grow larger and spread out. Flowers bloom in the spring with fruits produced in the fall. At this time of year, the foliage turns orange to red.
Height: 15 to 18 feet
Light Requirement: Sun (best), partial shade, or shade
Soil Requirement: Grows in a wide variety of soil conditions, including drier sites. Not salt tolerant.
